Making an appointment today is easy - our online booking system is available 24/7, so you can always find a time that fits your schedule.
When you book online, please be aware that you must pay the full amount upfront. $20 of your upfront payment is non-refundable to cover administrative expenses.
Health Fund Rebates
Private health fund rebates may be available
(for nutrition consultations only).
Rebates for nutrition consultations vary depending on your level of cover, so we recommend you contact your private health fund provider directly to check your entitlements.
As of 1st April 2019, Herbal Medicine and Naturopathy are no longer covered with private health funds in Australia.
Telehealth Consultations
How Does An Online (Telehealth) Consultation Work?
After you book your online appointment, you'll receive an email with a link for your Telehealth consultation. To make the very best of your time we will send you an online intake form, which should be completed 24 hours prior to the consultation. Please also email us any relevant test results prior to the consultation.
During the online consultation, the practitioner will ask about your health history and symptoms and prepare a treatment plan that is right for you. This may include herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, dietary and lifestyle recommendations. Functional medicine testing may also be recommended.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment.
Please note that a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged (or kept if you paid upfront) if you do not attend your scheduled appointment or provide less than 24-hour notice that you are unable to attend your appointment.
